How to Order

Add items to your cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button on each product page. Shipping costs will be added only for one shipment per order, so please add all items you wish to purchase to your cart before proceeding to the checkout page.

You can pay by credit card or cashless payment (Paypal, Google pay, Apple pay). All payments are finalized at the time of order. The cart and checkout process is protected by Shoppify's system, so your credit card number will never be shared with us or anyone else.

 

Once payment is completed, an order confirmation e-mail will be automatically sent to you. If you do not receive the mail, please contact us after checking your spam folder, as your registered e-mail address may be incorrect.

 

Shipping Time

It may take up to one week from an order to shipment.

 

 

Delivery Methods, Rates and Times

The delivery method offered by Japan Post to your place of residence, its rates and approximate delivery time will be automatically displayed before final payment.

Note that delivery times may be significantly longer than the times indicated due to circumstances in different countries.

Due to limitations of the cart system, if you purchase the Fabric Edition and Popular Edition at the same time, you may be charged a higher shipping fee than the actual cost. In such cases, we will manually refund the difference.

If you choose a shipping method without tracking service, and your package has not been delivered after 5 months from the time of shipment, we will reship it free of charge as long as we have it in stock. However, if the number of items lost is large, we may ask you to pay a percentage of the product price.

 

Customs and VAT, Sales Tax

Depending on the destination country or region, customs duties and value-added tax ( VAT) may be collected upon arrival of your order.

Rough estimates of VAT rates are as follows:

• Most European countries: 20-25% of the product price
• Most Asian countries: 10-15%
• Canada: 5%
• Australia: 10%
• USA (Sales Tax) : 0-10%

Please contact the customs office of your country or region if you wish to obtain accurate information.

 

Note on U.S. Tariffs

The “Popular Editions” in cardboard format (Trike, Slyde, heXentafl, Make Muster) are made in China, which means that U.S. purchasers may be subject to a $100 fentanyl tariff per shipment upon arrival of the product. 

The Fabric Edition is made in Japan and is not currently subject to unusually high tariffs in the U.S..

 

Returns

For Popular Edition products, we will accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that the product is unopened. You are responsible for shipping and return shipping costs.

For Fabric Editions, we do not accept returns in principle due to reasons such as difficulty in determining whether the product has been opened.

In the event of an error in shipping, shipping damage, or an obvious manufacturing error, we will promptly send you the correct product or a replacement parts free of charge. Please contact us with photos of the damage.

 

Parts replacement

If you have lost or damaged parts for reasons other than those listed above and need a replacement part (box, board, pieces, etc.), please contact us and we will provide replacement parts (parts cost and shipping fees apply) as long as it is in stock. You cannot purchase parts for a product that you have not previously purchased.
