Connection game with land values

Estate is a connection game using a hexagonal board. The board is divided into five concentric areas, each with a different value.

Each player allocates their income points to each area and places their pieces on the board, as if they were buying lots. The winner is the first player to connect two opposing sides with only their own pieces.

The pieces in this game are the same as in Comune, so you can buy a set without pieces (you can play it also with discs).
