How to Purchase from the United States

Due to the confusion surrounding the U.S. tariff system, Japan Post has suspended the handling of parcel mail destined for the United States containing goods for consumption indefinitely starting August 2025. Consequently, we are currently unable to ship to U.S. addresses through this website.

For customers residing in the United States who wish to purchase our products, the following options are available:

・Use U-Global Express (UGX)

This is Japan Post's alternative to EMS. It is expensive but offers the most reliable delivery (Rate Chart) . If you wish to purchase items using this shipping option, please contact us.

・Use a Forwarding Service

Using forwarding services such as tenso.com, Buyee, Goyokikiya, Japan Rabbit, or ZenMarket, etc. may sometimes result in cheaper shipping than the option above.  Please refer to each service's website for usage instructions. As they are external services, please use them at your own risk.

When making a proxy purchase through these forwarding services, please instruct them to “specify the English edition rules in the remarks section.” This is because our Fabric Edition normally includes only one language set of rules, corresponding to the customer's region. If you forget to provide this instruction and make a purchase, please contact us.

We recommend checking the shipping cost simulator on each site beforehand to confirm the shipping fee. The approximate weight and packaging size for products sold on this site are as follows:

・Each fabric game weighs approximately 110 grams. However, Stairs weighs about 180 grams, Paintscape about 170 grams, and Comune and Estate about 150 grams.
・Packaging size and box weight for up to 3 fabric games: 15×13×11 (cm), approx. 80 grams
・Packaging size and box weight for 4~12 fabric games: 23×23×11 (cm), approx. 150 grams

Note Tariffs on Products

The “Popular Editions” in cardboard format (Trike, Slyde, heXentafl, Make Muster) are made in China, which means that U.S. purchasers may be subject to a $100 fentanyl tariff per shipment upon arrival of the product. 

The Fabric Edition and the special wood base are made in Japan, so it may be subject to a 15% tariff in the United States. Depending on your location, an additional 0–10% sales tax may also apply.
