Orders

How to Order

Add items to your cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button on each product page. Shipping costs will be added only for one shipment per order, so please add all items you wish to purchase to your cart before proceeding to the checkout page.

You can pay by credit card or cashless payment (Paypal, Google pay, Apple pay). All payments are finalized at the time of order. The cart and checkout process is protected by Shoppify's system, so your credit card number will never be shared with us or anyone else.

 

 Once payment is completed, an order confirmation e-mail will be automatically sent to you. If you do not receive the mail, please contact us after checking your spam folder, as your registered e-mail address may be incorrect.

 

Shipping Time

It may take up to one week from an order to shipment.

If the product is not in stock and need to order the product material, it may take up to one month to ship. In such cases, we will contact you individually. Orders can be cancelled at any time until the shipment is ready.

 

Delivery Methods, Rates and Times

The delivery method offered by Japan Post to your place of residence, its rates and approximate delivery time will be automatically displayed before final payment.

Note that delivery times may be significantly longer than the times indicated due to circumstances in different countries.

Due to the current international situation, international shipping rates have skyrocketed, so we have added Small Packet (Surface) as a shipping method (not available in some areas). This is less expensive, but no tracking. So if you would not received your order after 6 months from the time of shipment, we will immediately resend the same item(s) you ordered, as much as possible, free of charge. However, if too many items are lost, we may ask for additional payment.

Depending on the country of delivery, customs duties and value-added taxes (VAT)  may be collected when you receive your order.

 

Areas where shipping is not available

We currently do not ship to the following countries and areas:

Afghanistan, Anguilla, Barbados, Bahrain, Bermuda, Bolivia, Botswana, Brunei, Burundi, Cape Verde, Chad, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Eswatini, Guatemala, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Honduras, Jamaica, Lesotho, Libya, Malawi, Mauritania, Namibia, Nicaragua,  Paraguay, Russia, Sao Tome and Principe, Somalia, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, Venezuela,  South Sudan, Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe

If you are located in a country not listed above and are unable to complete your purchase, please contact us through our Contact page as there may be a glitch in our delivery calculation system.

 

Returns

In principle, we do not accept returns. However, if we have shipped the wrong item or the item was damaged during shipping, we will send you the correct item or part free of charge.
