We accept returns of unopened products only if you contact us within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for shipping and return shipping costs.

Items shipped as crowdfunding rewards or add-ons are not eligible for return.

Customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with EU consumer law. To initiate a return or cancellation, please visit your account page.

If you choose a shipping method without tracking service, and your package has not been delivered after 5 months from the time of shipment, we will reship it free of charge as long as we have it in stock. However, if the number of items lost is large, we may ask you to pay a percentage of the product price.

 

In the event of an error in shipping, shipping damage, or an obvious manufacturing error, we will promptly send you the correct product or a replacement parts free of charge. Please contact us with photos of the damage.
