Trap the pawn with more of your discs than your opponent's!
The two players take turns moving the only pawn in a straight line, placing discs of their own color at the destination of the move. When the pawn becomes unmovable, the player who surrounds the pawn with more of his or her discs, including those under the pawn, wins the game.
Trike has elegant and simple rules. There are no draws or cycles, and it is 100% decisive without the need for a tiebreaker because of the specific board shape it uses. Trike won second place in the BEST COMBINATORIAL 2-PLAYER GAME OF 2020 and is the signature work of spirited game designer Alek Erickson.
